St. Andrew's UMC, Baton Rouge is a friendly, caring congregation. We welcome you, and we hope you'll feel at home here.
Since 1981, St. Andrew's members from East Baton Rouge, Ascension, and Livingston parishes have gathered to support each other as we worship, celebrate, study, pray, teach, minister, and play together. St. Andrew's has been recognized by the UMC as a Welcoming Congregation.

2009 Pictorial Directory Signup
The Adult Council is hard at work on our 2009 Pictorial Directory. Make an appointment for your family portrait here until July 10th, or in church any Sunday from July 12 through August 2.
They are also in need of church activity photos. If you have some to share, send them to hrchoate@cox.net or leave at the church office, by July 26.
Camp E.D.G.E Coming Soon
Cokesbury's CAMP E.D.G.E. Vacation Bible School 2009 takes your children to an extreme adventure camp where they Experience and Discover God Everywhere! CAMP E.D.G.E. VBS is not your typical stroll through the woods. It's an exiting expedition that teaches kids their strength and might come from God. Through rockin' contemporary music, mind-boggling science activities, extreme sports videos, and cool crafts, you'll show your kids how to live on the E.D.G.E. in their faith. CAMP E.D.G.E. VBS 2009 Daily E.D.G.E. Pledges:
• God is with me. I will stay close to God.
• God guides me. I will follow.
• God teaches me. I will learn.
• God loves me. I will love God and others.
• God sends me. I will go.

In November, St. Andrew's earned the distinction of becoming an Official Welcoming Congregation of The United Methodist Church. Read more about it here.

St. Andrew's has just set up an Online Giving page. Pay your pledge, donate to the building fund, or pay Camp Can Do Tuition online. (Online payment of Preschool tuition will be coming soon.)
