 Youth Sunday

The Youth will be leading both services. There will be music, skits, videos, and more. Dylan Gilbert will be delivering our main message for the day. We have a group of wonderful youth with many gifts and talents. Plan to find a way to be part of Youth Sunday.

 
 
Sexuality and Morality Retreat for Junior High Students
August 27 & 28
Camp Istrouma
Students entering the 7th and 8th grade are encouraged to sign up for this retreat.  We will leave on Friday after school and return Saturday evening. The retreat will be led by John Edd Harper from the Conference Office and is sanctioned by the Conference.  Parents will be required to attend a parent meeting on Wednesday evening August 25 before your student can attend the retreat. There are 15 spots available. The deadline for registration is August 15th.  Please email Ms. Nancy at nsw444@justaskken.com to sign up for this retreat.

Prayer Requests:  Don't forget to keep Nick and Gladys, our Compassion Child in your prayers. You may have recently seen Nick’s postings on Facebook about the hurricane in Guatemala. Please to continue your prayers for those effected by the oil spill in the Gulf and our friends in Dulac. Continue to pray for our church bus.
